If you live in the USA and love horses I am pretty sure you watched last Sunday’s airing of Extreme Home Makeover. This time they were in Maryland and did a home plus riding arena for the Freedom Hills riding therapy program. It was one of the few times that I can say the indoor riding arena was too small and the main house too big. I would hate to see their new property tax statement for the “castle” as the mother put it when she first saw it. The heating bill in Maryland won’t be cheap either. Hopefully the Luther family will be able to afford the added cost of their “gift.” Does anyone know if they will have to pay income tax on their “gift”?
